How do I find out when there is a release?
Drops happen on Fridays at 7pm CST, but sadly do not happen every Friday! Be sure to join our Facebook VIP group for discount codes, surprise drops, and to see what's coming soon! Join our Facebook group here: facebook.com/groups/cutiecate.
How do I order?
All orders can be placed here, on shopcutiecate.com!
How do I enter a discount code?
If ordering from a desktop or laptop computer, you can enter a discount code from the checkout page to the left under "discount code". If ordering from a mobile device, a discount code can be entered on the checkout page by clicking "show order summary". You will then see a field for discount code.
What is your current turnaround time?
Current turnaround time is always updated on the top of the homepage!
What are my shipping options?
We ship all orders via USPS. You can choose your own shipping speed at checkout.
My tracking says that my Cutie Cate order was delivered, but I did not receive it. What do I do?
We provide tracking on each and every order that is placed. Cutie Cate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We encourage you to reach out to your local USPS office.
